Summer Day Camps

 

RBCS Summer Day Camp (SDC):

Ages:  5 to 13

Dates:  Jun 21, 2010 to Jul 30, 2010

Time:  8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Registration & Costs:  Camps may be paid for weekly with payment due the Monday before the camp date. The camp maintains an experienced, professionally trained and certified staff with a better than 15 to 1 camper to adult staff ratio.

    Full Summer--6 Weeks    $630

    Weekly Basis    $105

    Half Day on a Weekly Basis    $60

                                                                                                  Registration(one time)    $30

Late Fee:  if paid after 7 days before camp starts $10

Activities:  Our caring staff will provide a high-quality, Christ-centered SDC program that includes weekly:

    Daily Bible Lessons

    The Track

    Dodge Ball

    Swimming Lessons

    Bowling

    Goofy Golf

    Recreational Swimming

    Roller Skating

    Sports

    Special Weekly Field Trips/Activities

Bring:  Each child should bring a towel, swim wear, SPF-15 (or better) sunscreen and tennis shoes in a carry-all bag. Please mark ALL possessions/clothing with your child's name or initials.

Transportation:  Bus pick-up and drop-off at pre-determined bus stops will be provided. Bus service in the summer depends on the efficient use of centralized pick-up points. We anticipate bus service from Valparaiso, Niceville, and Bluewater Bay. The cost for transportation is $25 per week for the first child, $19 per week for the second child and $14 per week for each additional child. Your child's bus driver will contact you concerning bus stops and times. Please communicate with the office (729-7227 ext 273) concerning any changes in your schedule. Lunch Supplies:  Each child attending a full day program should bring a sack lunch and drink daily. Water is offered frequently, and soda, juice, and snacks are usually available for purchase.

Helpers:  13 to 17 year olds may volunteer to help with the camps. Click on the Helper Application button. Bus service for helpers will cost $1 per trip where available.
