"And he sat down and called out to the Twelve and said to them, "if one would desire to be first, he must be last of all and servant of all." (Mark 9:35)
The purpose of Leadership Trek is to train young men and women into mature Christian servant-leaders. This is accomplished through small group mentoring, student-led service projects, and small group leadership training. Students within Leadership Trek also have a voice in terms of all student council activities and the program is designed to give students an opportunity to shape their school through that service. Each year in the Fall, a Leadership retreat is also scheduled for the purpose of planning and setting goals. We conclude each year with a banquet recognizing students for all of their accomplishments.
