Marching Knights

RBCS Marching Knights is comprised of all members of the Symphonic Band, joined by select members of the Concert Band. The Knights perform on the field, in the stands at football games, at community events and parades. Marching season starts in late July, where students learn a full field show, from memorizing music to learning movements on the field. In 2010, the Marching Knights received 1st place at the Little Big Horn Marching Competition in Opp, Alabama; Superior ratings at Daleville High School Band Competition, and Excellent ratings at the District FBA Assessment. The Knights have traveled to many competitions and won many awards, including their 2008 performance in the Cotton Bowl, where they received 1st place in Concert, Jazz, and Parade divisions.
