Rocky Bayou Christian School is located in Niceville, FL, the heart of Okaloosa County. The school serves the entire county and enrolls students from surrounding counties as well.

26 certified full and part-time members compose the RBCS Academy faculty. 4 hold Doctorates, 10 hold Masters and 2 are Masters candidates. The remainder hold Bachelors degrees.

SCHOLARSHIPS
Classes of 2001-2007 totaled 227 graduates. Of these, 183 (81%) were eligible for Florida Bright Futures. A total of $8,814,842 (avg $38,832 per graduate) in scholarships was awarded.
HOME STUDY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
RBCS helps parents design and obtain necessary curriculum guides and materials. Additionally, RBCS provides counseling and testing services, and can grant access to campus classroom and athletic activities according to the availability and particular desires of the family.

GRADE POINT AVERAGE
GPA is computed on a 4 point scale. Both weighted and unweighted GPA
are computed. To compute a
weighted GPA, 0.5 quality points are added for each honors course and 1.0 quality points are added for each AP course.
GRADING PERIODS
Report Cards are mailed at the end of each quarter and semester. Interim grades are mailed to parents at mid-quarter. Students= grades are also available to parents through an online gradebook program.
HONOR ROLL
First Honors are earned by students achieving above 94.5% and Second Honors by students achieving between 89.5% and 94.5%.
