Description: Must be able to manage the following: schedules, meetings, phone and email correspondence, projects, and events. Edits all correspondence from the Superintendent and Advancement Department. Manages Professional Development logistics for 140+ Faculty/Staff. Assists the Admissions Director with new families, to include providing tours and counseling families to set-up financial arrangements. Calculates tuition for all new families and sets up automated payments via FACTS. Daily interface with both campus leadership and RBCS families. This is a 12-month full-time job. Salary is $24,434 for 12 months. Benefit package includes health care and other insurance options are available. Reporting date is flexible in the month of June 2013.

Provide differentiated instruction based on the learning levels/styles of the students. Must possess the ability to modify and use all modalities (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) and change accordingly, based on students' progress. Teaches each concept, assigned by Lead Teacher, utilizing multisensory strategies for each learning style. Employs a variety of instructional aides, methods, and materials that will provide or creatively teach to reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional. Monitors transportation students in the a.m. and p.m. Monitors/escorts students traveling to, during, and from co-curricular classes. Monitors students during lunch/recess. Attends chapel with students. Supports teacher in all aspects of daily classroom procedures such as grading, copying, and record keeping. Substitute teaches for Lead Teachers. Keeps proper discipline in the classroom and on the school premises for a good learning environment. Must follow prescribed school policy for discipline procedures. Maintains a clean, attractive, well-ordered classroom. Monitors students at all times. This is a 10-month position, Aug 5, 2013-June 4, 2014. Salary is $10/hour.
