Job Title: Elementary Teacher (4th grade math)

Job Description: The teacher will help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christian men and women to the praise and glory of God.  Teach all subjects assigned in the designated grade, adhering to the course instruction as prescribed in the Curriculum Guide. Integrate biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum and activities.  Keep proper discipline in the classroom and on the school premises.  Follow prescribed school policy for discipline procedures. Employ a variety of instructional aides, methods, and materials that will provide or creative teaching to reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional.

Required Personal Qualities:  Member at a local church which has fundamental beliefs in agreement with historic Christian orthodoxy.  Be in whole-hearted agreement with the school's Statement of Faith and Christian philosophy of education.  Demonstrate the character qualities of enthusiasm, courtesy, flexibility, integrity, gratitude, kindness, self-control, perseverance, and punctuality.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or have obtained a Bachelor's degree that includes 18 semester credit hours in education.  Must complete the Philosophy of Christian Education requirement.  Demonstrates proficiency in the computer programs used in classroom. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Database software. Ability to use technology in lesson plans, such as projector, iPads, and online videos. Proficiency in MimioTeach desired.

Job Title: Development Office Assistant

Date Required in-place: May 27, 2015 desired; flexible based on situation.  Position would be a temporary position until August 2015.

Job Description: Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness.  Prepares status reports on marketing efforts.  Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.  Responsible for all administrative aspects of development and public relations activities.  This includes providing administrative support to the Development/Advancement Office and participating in all fundraising activities including donor and public relations, direct mail appeals, and special events.  Some duties include: maintain donor files, create monthly fundraising reports, update database records, track tax credit donations, prepare media materials for distribution, assemble media and donor kits for events.

Computer setup: Install M.S. Windows and Office, Adobe Acrobat, Symantec Antivirus, School Dynamics, Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing, Kid Pix, Accelerated Reader, on computers when required. Setup M.S. Outlook.

Job Description: Implement accounting policies in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, assist with the preparation of financial statements and budgets, general ledger and journal entries, bank reconciliations, audit procedures, payroll processing, and retirement-plan/benefit administration. Other duties involve monitoring family tuition balances and bank drafts, assisting with the Financial Aid program, and acquiring a thorough knowledge of all external scholarship programs.

Working knowledge of Human Resources policies, state and federal labor/payroll laws, insurance, and banking policies. Thorough understanding of accounting standards, practices, and procedures. Experience in a school, church, or a not-for-profit, preferred. Must complete the Philosophy of Christian Education requirement.

Job Title:  Bus Drivers (Bus Driver Training & License provided by RBCS) 

We have a full-time bus driver vacancy for the Niceville route, beginning time approximately 6:30 am -7:45 am with the afternoon route running from RBCS at approximately 3:10 - 5:00pm.  A CDL license is required.  Class B with air brakes, passenger and school bus endorsement required, if already trained.  If you do not hold a CDL, bus driver training & license will be provided by RBCS.  Pay is $11/hr.
