Job Title: Assistant Admission Director
Part-time, 12-month position, date required in-place: Feb 22, 2016; Salary range is $10-$12/hr, based on experience. Hours: Feb 22, 2016 – May 31, 2016: 24 hrs/wk; Jun 1, 2016 – mid Aug – 29 hrs/wk; mid Aug-mid Feb – 24 hrs/wk. (Hours and days of the week are negotiable and worked out with Admissions Director.)

Job Description: The Assistant Admission Director shall prayerfully help inform parents concerning the mission of RBCS and assist them through the enrollment process. The Assistant Admissions Director shall inform parents of the programs available to them at RBCS which will contribute to the development of the student to become a mature, able, and responsible Christian man or woman to the praise and glory of God. Must be ready to share the gospel, when needed. Responsible for the admission process for new students entering the school which includes: responding to inquiries, providing information/tours, assisting with application preparation, and screening/testing. Assists, schedules, and organizes the setup for school orientations and open houses. Assists the Admission Director with any advertising, marketing and recruiting efforts. Develops and maintains Admission Packets and applications for enrollment.
Required Personal Qualities: Member at a local church which has fundamental beliefs in agreement with historic Christian orthodoxy. Be in whole-hearted agreement with the school's Statement of Faith and Christian philosophy of education. Demonstrate the character qualities of enthusiasm, courtesy, flexibility, integrity, gratitude, kindness, self-control, perseverance, and punctuality.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience or similar experience in school academics/financial areas. Must be professional, patient, a team player, and have a strong work ethic. Must have exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills, outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and computer skills to include Microsoft Office programs and Excel. Must complete the Philosophy of Christian Education requirement.
